Replacement Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 30-day replacement policy for any items that arrive damaged or defective. Unfortunately, our products are non-returnable, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please contact us at yash@arclayerstudio.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Kindly provide details of the issue along with photos of the damage or defect. If your replacement request is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return the damaged item.

Exceptions / Non-Replacement Items

Customized products and items that have been used or altered in any way are not eligible for a replacement.
